The prices are per week and are fully inclusive of all taxes. Pool/Spa heat is optional and is charged as follows:

Summer (1st April to 30th September)

$20 per day

Winter (1st October to 31st March)

$30 per day

For bookings of 5 days or less there is a cleaning surcharge of $100.  For your convenience we offer a variety of payment methods ranging from Sterling or U.S. Cheques (checks), Electronic Transfer (wire) or VISA using Paypal (a 2% surcharge will apply for Paypal transactions).  A Security Deposit of $400 is due along with the final balance 10 weeks prior to arrival. The Security Deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company.
