Both Executive family homes are built on Premium Lots featuring extended 1500 sq. ft. Decks in quiet Gated Communities.  The importance of the Extended Deck is not just that you have so much space, but that irrespective of the time of year, each of our Decks are bathed in glorious all day sun light. 

Our Villa at The Abbey at West Haven is located close to the intersection of Highway 27 and I4 only 10 minutes from Disney and is situated in a stunning gated community of only 58 homes.  The view from the rear of the home in unrivalled with a beautiful Lake and Conservation Area full of wild life...indeed you can even see the Disney Fireworks displays every night.  Our other Villa is located at Calabay Parc at Tower Lake which is 5 minutes south of I4 on Highway 27 close to Haines City and Southern Dunes Golf Club.  This Villa is only 15 minutes from Disney and once again in a Gated Community and has a Green Area behind it.  There is also a lovely Lake in this Community offering fishing and our brand new Clubhouse at Calabay is due to open in March 2009 with Recreation Area for kids, Fitness room, and stunning views as it overlooks Tower Lake and its Boat Dock and should be magnificent for bright orange Florida Sunsets!  We are also delighted to state that our Community Clubhouse at The Abbey will be opening in 2009 and once again it will include a Recreation Area for kids, beautiful views, Fitness Room, two Tennis Courts, a Beach Volley Ball court and most importantly an absolutely magnificent Community Swimming Pool and Sun Terrace

Our Orlando Villas each offer over 3000 square ft of flexible living space. They comprises of 5 large double bedrooms including 3 ensuites and themed rooms, varying from Spongebob Squarepants to Mickey Mouse and Scooby Doo.
